Company Story
It started with a backyard smoker, a bucket of wings, and an obsession with getting the sauce exactly right. Marcus Webb had been perfecting his wing recipes for seven years before his friends finally convinced him: the world needed to taste this.
In 2016, Wing Snob opened its doors on North Ave in West Chicago with a tiny kitchen, a handwritten menu, and a line stretching around the block on opening day. Word spread fast — not through ads, but through sticky fingers and satisfied groans at every table.
Today, Wing Snob is West Chicago's most loved wing destination, serving hundreds of orders every day with the same obsessive care and bold flavors that started it all. Every wing is hand-tossed, every sauce is made in-house, and every order is crafted with pride.

Wing Snob officially opens at 200 W North Ave, West Chicago with a 12-item menu and 8 tables. Opening day sees a 2-hour wait line.
Chicago Food Weekly names Wing Snob "Best New Wing Restaurant" after our Ghost Pepper Honey sauce goes viral on local food blogs.
We doubled our kitchen space and launched catering services to meet growing demand. Served our 10,000th customer milestone with a community celebration.
Pivoted to online ordering and contactless delivery, keeping the Wing Snob family fed through challenging times. Introduced our famous Wing Box packs.
Opened the Wing Snob franchise program, bringing the flavors of West Chicago to entrepreneurs across Illinois and beyond.
Celebrated a massive milestone — 50,000 happy customers and counting. Launched our loyalty program and added 8 new sauce varieties to the lineup.

Tyler is the mad scientist of our kitchen. Responsible for all 20+ house sauces and the rotating specials, he's always chasing the perfect heat-to-sweet ratio.
Guest Experience Lead
Jasmine is the heart of our front-of-house team. She trains staff on hospitality standards and is the first to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
